Cheese And Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. chopped, peeled potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped carrot
    1/4 c. chopped green or red sweet pepper
    1 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. shredded American cheese
    dash of ground nutmeg
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine chicken broth, potatoes, celery, carrot and pepper.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
