Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
2 c. milk
3 eggs, divided
1/2 c. coconut
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients, add milk, egg yolks and coconut.
Cook in double boiler until thick.
Remove from heat.
Add butter and vanilla. Pour in baked pie shell.
Add meringue on top.
Brown in oven at 350\u00b0.
