Buttercream Icing(3 Cups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. solid Crisco
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. powdered sugar
    2 tsp. milk
Preparation
    Cream butter and shortening with a mixer.
    Add vanilla and food coloring if desired.
    Gradually add sugar, beat on medium speed.
    Cover with damp cloth.
    Keep icing in refrigerator when not using.
