Potato Kolaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sq. yeast or 2 heaping Tbsp. dry yeast
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 c. potato water
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast, sugar, potatoes and potato water.
    Let sit 2 hours. Add
    beaten eggs, butter, Crisco, salt and flour.
    Let rise
    30 to 45 minutes.
    Punch down and let rise again.
    Shape kolaches. Let
    rise.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 15 minutes.
    Makes 6 dozen kolaches.
