Keith'S Favorite Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lean center pork chops
    3 eggs, beaten
    garlic powder
    tenderizer
    salt and pepper
    2 c. canola oil
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    The night before, prepare chops by sprinkling with tenderizer and garlic powder.
    The secret is in the garlic powder (use a good amount).
    I use a plastic bag (refrigerate in bag).
    When you get ready to fry them, leave at room temperature for a while, then dip in egg (beaten) and flour.
    Add extra garlic powder and extra salt and pepper to taste.
