Wild Rice Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. wild rice, cooked in 3 c. boiling water 45 to 50 minutes, drained and cooled
2 c. cubed chicken breast
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 small onion, grated
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 lb. (2 c.) seedless grapes, halved
1 c. cashews
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and onion.
Stir in rice, chicken and water chestnuts.
Refrigerate until cold.
Just before serving, stir in grapes and cashews.
