Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cream cheese
4 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
12 oz. bakers semi-sweet chocolate squares
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
In a double boiler, melt chocolate.
Fold into cream cheese mixture with pecans.
Spread into greased 8 in. baking pan. Chill until ready to serve.
Cut into squares.
