Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak or 2 lb. ground beef
    2 small cans mushrooms, drained or can use fresh
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 cans beef broth
    1 stick butter
    10 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Tenderize steak.
    Cut
    into
    strips 1/4 inch wide and 1 to 2 inches long.
    Brown in 1/2 of butter.
    Set aside.
    Saute onions and mushrooms in remaining butter.
    Stir in flour.
    Add juice from meat
    and broth one at a time.
    Add Worcestershire sauce.
    Simmer to
    thicken,
    about 20 minutes.
    When ready to serve, add sour cream.
    Serve over noodles, rice or toast.
