Cajun Catfish(For Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 catfish fillets
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Rinse fillets in water and dry with paper towel.
    Place in 2-quart or 10-inch microwave dish.
    Brush with skim milk.
    Combine dry ingredients and pat mixture on fish.
    Cover with wax paper. Microwave for 3 minutes on High (100%).
    Rearrange fillets and top each with a slice of lime.
    Cover again.
    Microwave for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes on High or until fish flakes with a fork.
