Ann'S Italian Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 zucchini
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large onion, sliced into rings
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute onion in olive oil until clear. Add zucchini, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
    Pour into baking dish. Bake 5 minutes (do not let zucchini get soggy).
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Serve hot.
