John'S Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    hot peppers
    celery
    cauliflower
    onions
    black olives
    green olives
    salt
    pepper
    garlic
    parsley
    oregano
    carrots
Preparation
    In a large pan, cut hot peppers.
    Soak for 3 days, covered in equal part vinegar and water, with some salt.
    On third day, drain and add remaining ingredients.
    Mix in pan.
    Fill in jars.
    Add oil to the jars.
    Refrigerate.
