60 Minute Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. warm milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, add yeast, shortening and sugar to milk; stir well.
    Add egg, salt and flour and mix well.
    Let rise 15 minutes.
    Work down with a spoon and let rise another 15 minutes. Shape into dough rolls and place in a greased pan or muffin tins. Let rise 15 minutes.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until done.
