Green Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can small green peas
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cubed
2 to 3 tsp. mayonnaise
3 tsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation

Drain peas.
Add chopped eggs and cheese.
Toss with mayonnaise and chopped onion.
Chill for several hours.
