Chocolate Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups milk
    3 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat milk and chocolate in saucepan until chocolate is melted.
    Stir occasionally.
    Combine sugar, salt, cornstarch, flour and cocoa in saucepan.
    Gradually stir in hot milk mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and reaches a boil.
    Boil one minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in one cup of hot mixture into egg yolks.
    Return all egg yolks to saucepan and cook until it simmers and begins to thicken.
    Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
    Pour into baked crust.
    Top with Italian meringue.
