Chocolate Mint Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. water
    green food coloring
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. confectioners sugar
    1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    In a small saucepan, over low heat, melt the margarine and chocolate. Stir occasionally.
    Pour the margarine mixture into a large bowl. Add the sugar, flour, vanilla, salt and the eggs.
    With a mixer at low speed, beat the ingredients until blended.
    Pour into the prepared pan and bake about 35 minutes.
    Cool on a wire rack.
