Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. corn meal
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    onion and hot pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grease skillet and preheat.
    Brown meat and drain.
    Mix cornmeal, eggs, milk and corn.
    Sprinkle corn meal on hot skillet. Pour 1/2 of batter in skillet; add onion, cheese, meat and pepper. Pour remainder of batter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
