Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pumpkin
    1/2 c. carrots, shredded (1/2 pt.)
    1/4 c. raisins (2 pt.)
    2 eggs (4 pt. or use egg substitute; 1/2 c. = 2 pt.)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    6 Tbsp. flour (2 pt.)
    1/2 tsp. butter seasoning
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2/3 c. powdered milk (4 pt.)
    2 tsp. pumpkin spice
    8 pkg. sweetener (sugar substitute)
Preparation
    Mix in bowl the pumpkin, carrots, raisins, eggs and vanilla. Mix in another bowl the remaining ingredients. Mix ingredients in both bowls together. Put into muffin tins sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0. Makes 12 muffins.
