Low-Fat Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            8 to 10 medium red potatoes
 
1/2 c. Marzetti light slaw dressing
1/4 c. nonfat yogurt
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
- 
                            Boil potatoes in water to cover until tender; drain and cool. Combine dressing ingredients and gently stir in peeled, sliced potatoes. Makes 8 servings with 3 g fat per serving.
