Chicken Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    12 corn tortillas, cut in eighths
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small onion
    jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 pt. lite sour cream
Preparation
    Cook chicken and cut into bite size pieces.
    Make a sauce with the soups, pepper, onion, milk and sour cream.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and layer half of the tortillas, half the chicken, half the sauce and half the cheese; repeat.
    Make the day before if necessary.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, covered, then bake for 15 minutes, uncovered.
