Black Bean And Salsa Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can S&W sweet and natural corn, drained
1 (15 oz.) can S&W black beans, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
1 (14 oz.) jar or can salsa
1/4 c. red wine vinegar dressing
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients; mix well. Blend the salsa with the dressing.
Pour over the salad and toss well.
Cover and chill.
Spoon onto lettuce leaves.
Serves 8.
