Marinated Mushrooms * - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1/3 c. olive oil
1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 clove garlic
8 oz. can small button mushrooms
Preparation

Combine vinegar, oil, parsley, salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice in jar.
Add garlic and mushrooms.
Cover jar and let stand several hours or days in the refrigerator.
Remove garlic.
Remove mushrooms with slotted spoon and serve.
Serves 12.
