Ingredients

2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. Baker's milk chocolate chips
3/4 c. quick oats
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix soda and flour.
Combine butter, the sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in a large bowl.
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Gradually add flour mixture then stir in chips, oats and nuts.
(Batter will be stiff.) Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes about 7 dozen.
