Corn Flake Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. shortening
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded coconut
2 c. corn flakes

Preparation

Sift together flour, soda, salt and baking powder. Cream shortening and sugars together. Add eggs, vanilla and dry ingredients. Add coconut and corn flakes. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 8 dozen.
