Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves
    1 (6.2 oz.) box fast-cooking Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (for top)
Preparation
    Boil chicken in salted water until tender. Save broth. Skin and debone chicken breasts and shred or just tear into small pieces. Cook rice using 2 cups of chicken broth instead of water. When rice is done, add soup, sour cream, shredded chicken and 1 cup of broth. Mix well. Put into 9 x 13-inch baking dish and put grated cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly.
