Carrot-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. carrots, diced
1/4 c. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
dash of pepper
dash of celery salt
dash of onion salt
1 1/4 c. milk
cubed cheese (use about 1/4 lb. Velveeta)
Progresso Italian bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook carrots until barely tender.
In a saucepan, melt butter; add next 7 ingredients.
Cook until thick.
