Ingredients

1/2 bushel tomatoes (26 lb.)
6 garlic cloves, chopped or 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
6 medium onions, chopped
1 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. salt
3 Tbsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. basil
1 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook
tomatoes, onions, garlic and fresh parsley.
Then run through ricer.
Return to kettle and add remaining ingredients. Cook
to
desired thickness, about 4 hours.
Good for spaghetti too.
