Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz. to 20 oz.) bag frozen cauliflower, broccoli and carrot mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can Durkee onions
1/3 c. sour cream
4 oz. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation

All vegetables to partially defrost at room temperature.
Mix soup and sour cream; stir into vegetables.
Mix 1/2 of onions and 1/2 of cheese into mixture.
Microwave, covered, on High for 8 minutes.
Garnish with rest of onions and cheese.
Microwave, uncovered, on High for 1 minute.
