Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cans potato soup
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine potatoes, soup, Cheddar cheese, sour cream and garlic salt in large bowl; mix well.
Spoon into greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.

12 servings.
