Maple Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 (1-inch) pork chops
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. maple syrup
Preparation

Brown chops.
Place in flat baking dish.
Combine ingredients and pour over chops.
Cover and bake at 400\u00b0, basting occasionally, 45 minutes.
Uncover.
Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Remove chops and thicken sauce with flour.
