Quick Pineapple-Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. crushed pineapple with syrup
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Beat butter gradually, adding sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat until fluffy; stir in Bisquick, salt, pineapple and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Turn into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden brown.
    Cool 10 minutes in pan and turn out on wire rack to cool completely.
