Raisin (Japanese Fruit) Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 egg
1 heaping Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Cover raisins with water.
Bring to a boil, then drain and cool by running cold water over them.
Let drain while mixing the sugar, margarine (softened), flour, egg (unbeaten) and coconut. Place raisins in unbaked pie shell.
Pour mixture over raisins and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until brown.
