Easy Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 sticks butter, melted or 1 c. oil
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. very warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 c. flour (self-rising)
Preparation
    Place yeast in 2 cups warm water. Melt butter. Cream with sugar in large bowl. Add beaten egg. Add flour. Add yeast and mix well, then refrigerate.
    To bake, drop by spoonful into well-greased muffin pans, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Dough keeps for several days.
