Wedding Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. sugar
    9 c. water
    6 pkg. jello
    6 c. boiling water
    6 c. cold water
    3 large cans pineapple juice
    3 (8 oz.) bottles lemon juice
    1 1/2 oz. almond extract
    3 (32 oz.) bottles ginger ale
Preparation
    Bring to boil the sugar and 9 cups water.
    Dissolve jello in 6 cups boiling water; add cold water.
    Add sugar mixture to jello, then add pineapple juice, lemon juice and almond extract.
    When ready to serve, add ginger ale.
    Serves 100.
