Overnight Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
4 c. hot tap water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
4 eggs (unbeaten)
2 pkg. dry yeast
14 c. flour (5 lb.)
Preparation

Cream shortening, sugar and eggs.
Add salt and hot water. Cool.
Add yeast and part of flour.
Beat until smooth.
Gradually add the rest of flour.
Knead until good working dough.
Mix up at 3 p.m.
Knead down at 7 p.m.
About 10 p.m., work down and shape into rolls.
Cover; let set overnight.
Bake at 7 a.m. at 360\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
