Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chickens
    1 head broccoli
    1 head cabbage
    1 bunch celery
    1 bunch carrots
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    4 pkg. egg roll wraps
Preparation
    Stew chickens until tender; cool.
    Debone and chop into small pieces.
    Shred remaining ingredients in food processor (or chop finely).
    Mix with chicken.
    Stir in soy sauce and 1/4 of the broth from the chicken.
    Spoon into middle of egg roll wrappers. Wrap over, tucking in sides.
    Secure by moistening edges with water.
    Deep fry in oil until lightly browned.
    This recipe will serve 12 people.
