Three-Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dry red kidney beans
1 c. dry pea (navy) beans
1 c. dry baby lima beans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced bacon, diced
1 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

To prepare in slow cooker:
Rinse beans in cold water; discard any shriveled beans.
In 3 1/2 to 5-quart slow cooker, cover beans with 6 cups water; let stand at least 12 hours.
Add bacon and remaining ingredients to beans in slow cooker.
Cover; cook on \"low\" for 12 hours.
Makes 6 servings.
