Chocolate Sheath Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. baking cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Frosting
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon in bowl.
Combine margarine, oil, baking cocoa and water in saucepan; mix well.
Bring to a rapid boil, stirring constantly.
Combine buttermilk, eggs and vanilla in large mixer bowl; beat well.
Add cocoa mixture alternately with flour mixture, mixing well after each addition.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Cool in pan.
Pour frosting over hot cake.
May omit frosting if preferred.
Yield:
15 servings.
