Black Walnut Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. sugar
3 sticks margarine
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 (12 oz.) pkg. white chocolate chips
1 (13 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
2 or 3 c. black walnuts
Preparation

Combine first three ingredients.
Cook, stirring constantly, until candy thermometer reaches 234\u00b0.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and chips until well blended, then add marshmallow cream and walnuts.
Mix well.
Pour into 2 (13 x 9-inch) pans.
Cool; cut into squares.
Makes 6 pounds.
