Chocolate Chip Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. banana
1 c. semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
Preparation

In medium bowl, stir flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large bowl at medium speed, beat sugar, oil and eggs until blended.
Add bananas and beat well.
At low speed, beat in flour mixture, just until blended.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour into loaf pans (2).
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until pick comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes.
Remove from pans; cool on wire racks.
