Crock-Pot Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in strips
    1/3 c. flour
    1 sliced onion
    1 or 2 sliced green peppers
    16 oz. can tomatoes
    4 oz. can mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    10 oz. pkg. frozen green beans
Preparation
    Put steak, flour, salt and pepper in crock-pot. Stir well to coat. Add other ingredients. Cover and cook 8 hours on low or 5 hours on high. Serve over rice.
