Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (10) tortillas (wheat or flour)
1/2 lb. Italian sausages
10 eggs, beaten with salt to taste
some Cheddar cheese, shredded (if desired)
Preparation

Fry the Italian sausage and tear into small pieces.
Beat eggs and salt.
Add sausage and cheese.
Pour into hot skillet with just enough oil to scramble eggs.
Stir constantly until done. Set off heat.
Lay out the tortillas and spoon about 1 scrambled egg on each.
Fold ends over, then roll up into a burrito.
Make ahead and refrigerate until needed.
Just heat in microwave about 10 to 15 seconds.
