Whole Wheat Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3/4 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    1/2 c. unbleached flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. shredded zucchini, drained if watery
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs in a large bowl.
    Add oil, molasses, light brown sugar and vanilla.
    Beat until smooth and thick.
    In a separate bowl, combine the flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; add to the egg mixture and stir until well blended.
    Fold in zucchini, raisins and nuts.
