Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

21 Ritz crackers
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
whipping cream

Preparation

Mix baking powder and egg whites and beat until stiff.
Add sugar and mix well.
Stir in by hand vanilla, pecans and cracker crumbs.
Pour into a well-greased pie pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool, and then top with whipping cream.
