Mom'S Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. chicken wings
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. sherry
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut chicken wings into 3 parts.
    Marinate in the mixture for 24 hours.
    Place wings on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning chicken over at 1/2 hour.
