Chocolate Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar, divided
    1 c. plain flour
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together; pour into 9-inch Pyrex dish.
    Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa.
    Sprinkle this mixture over top of mixture in Pyrex dish.
    Pour 1 1/2 cups hot water over this. Don't stir.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
