Blender Chicken Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 medium onions or 6 shallots
    1 c. chicken livers
    1 tart apple, peeled, cored and chopped
    salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    2 to 3 Tbsp. brandy
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Peel and chop onions or shallots.
    Add to butter.
    Cook until tender.
    Add chicken livers and apple.
    Cook and turn gently until pink.
    Add salt and pepper to taste and the marjoram.
    Place in blender.
    Add eggs.
    Blend until smooth.
    Add brandy.
    Blend again.
    Place in small crock. Cool, then refrigerate covered.
