Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    nutmeg to taste
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, sugar, salt, milk, vanilla and coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired. Bake in hot oven (425\u00b0) for 25 to 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
