Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 (No. 300) cans hominy, drained
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1 (4 oz.) can green chile peppers, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Mix all ingredients in 1 1/2-quart baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and cheese is melted.
