Egg Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. (12 slices) Canadian bacon
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    10 large eggs
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Arrange bacon overlapping along bottom and up sides of casserole about 8 1/4 inches in diameter and at least 6-cup capacity.
    Top bacon with cheese.
    In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper until smooth.
    Pour over cheese in casserole and dot with sour cream.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes until eggs are firmly set in center.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 6 to 8. Great for holiday brunches.
