Cranberry Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (raspberry)
1 c. celery
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. apple
2 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce (Ocean Spray, 16 oz.) or
1 (14 oz.) jar cranberry orange sauce
Preparation

Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
Add enough water to juice to measure 1 cup (including lemon juice).
Heat liquid to boil.
Stir in Jell-O.
Break up cranberry sauce with fork and stir into Jell-O mixture.
Refrigerate until Jell-O begins to thicken.
Stir in pineapple, nuts, apples and celery.
Pour into 4-cup mold. Chill until firm.
Serves 8.
